Rock and Loft Cafe & Resort — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The cafe side is a clearly built with a huge budget and little experience in the F&B or hospitality field as is over built for the location and lacks a warmth it could and should have. Was stated in a review to have rice paddy view well maybe on the drive to it, but while there is little view except for the oversized furniture, instant dropped in landscape and the highway.

That said the staff are friendly and tries to upsell and do thier job but the feel is lots of Printerest borrowed ideas but no soul or story or respect for it's rural surroundings. It left me feeling been there ticked it off. No...

Over 40 minutes out of Chiang Mai on 1317 on the way to the Hot Springs. Well worth a refreshments break. Very nice setting. A view of the mountains and in amongst the paddy fields. The seating areas are well spaced and they are ready for groups to single visitors. Many stop by for a meal and drinks. We enjoyed a mixed plate of Mimi spring rolls, French fries, shrimp cakes and chocolate balls. Ample for 2 too share.

A very nice trip...

Right off the main highway in San Kamphaeng, this restaurant offers many different seating environments surrounded by gardens or water features. Very nice architectural design overall.

All the food we ordered was excellent tasting and nicely displayed. Prices are medium to upper but still low compared to similar in the States. They also have a nice variety of coffee drinks.

Overall, I give this 5 stars for an all encompassing...
