Alexta Coffee — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

Alexta are coffee producer, roaster and cafe. Their coffee is Organic USDA. They work and support passionated group of farmers. Developing Thai coffee by processing and planting finest variety like Bourbon, Typica and Giesha. After working hard year over year, coffee tree give them a gift of purist organic coffee. And fully taste of variety.

I had a chance to roast thier coffee for 1 year. It is just was amazing. Full flavor, high sweetness, pleasent fruit acidity and really clean and clear.

So this year 2022, I visit their cafe. Mr. Alex pull yellow bourbon espresso for me for welcome drink. It is just unforgetable espresso for me. Sweetest, smooth, pleasant fruitiness, creamy textile and really long finish. It is just wow.

Hands down the best ristretto I've had on this CM-CR trip. Even better than Ponganes in Chiang Rai. The owner/barista knows his stuff and roasts locally sourced beans on a Diedrich IR 2.5.
