This place is very inconsistent, sometimes they got ve you big chicken piece, sometimes tiny, sometimes it's overfried or feels mushy and old, sometimes it's not fried enough or not spicy enough or fries aren't salty... shouldn't such a huge international chain this have some standards when it comes to preparing the actual food?? I mean I get it, the employees are Thai and Thai people aren't exactly famous for their discipline and rarely make a real effort whatever they do, it's all 'sabai sabai' for them, but they harm the brand's name and reputation, and potentially their clients' health as well...it's frustrating, because the restaurant itself is nice and cozy and there isn't much choice for late dining in this...
