My gf loves your rooms so that’s awesome because I love hanging out in the lake area and so if she is happy your place that means coming back is an easy sell.

Large premises, nice rooms, good price. I didn’t get to try the food but will next time.

The only thing is the dogs on the premises kept barking at me aggressively and they looked like they meant business, management should probably keep the dogs away from guests.

This is an update 7 months from my last review. I’m changing from 5 stars to 3 stars because the resort hasn’t improved from previous suggestions and infact got worse.

When we checked into our room there was an awful smell of insect spray through the room that was so powerful we couldn’t sleep the first night. We only returned to our room at midnight so pretty hard to change rooms at that time of day.

Dogs still barked and attached me upon checkin and a couple of other times during my stay.

The shower is still broken. It doesn’t stay on it’s holder and the shower isn’t hot, it’s warm at best if you turn on hot 100% and no cold water.

Bathroom floods when you shower because the floor doesn’t tilt towards the drain which is only at 1 end of the bathroom.

No soap holder in shower, cmon this is basic basic things when making a room feel comfortable.

Light in the room are completely weird, you can only turn on main lights from a small dimmer placed behind the bed. No light switch for main lights located on the wall near entrance where it’s logical and totally makes sense.

No 3 point power to plug in laptop or other 3 point power supply. Don’t expect to work from this room as you can’t plug anything in.

I totally don’t understand why you have this lovely resort and you don’t pay attention to the small things that don’t cost you much money but make the world of difference. Not sure we would come back as the owners clearly don’t follow up on advice given for improvement and don’t maintain their facilities ... if something was broken 7 months ago I would expect it to be fixed when I returned 7 months later but it isn’t which tells me the level of quality I’m to expect from this resort...

Quite a way out of pattaya but the map is correct for location, once close you will see the sign leading you down a track to the restaurant.

Undoubtedly this place is set in beautiful grounds with ponds surrounding the restaurant. The whole area has a beautiful view of trees, flowers and fauna which sets off a very peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant and dining areas outside and inside are very clean, stylish and very well maintained. The restaurant is decorated with nice pictures, stylish decor and there is even a pool table to use if you want.

Food and drinks menu was a good variety of not only thai food but some western options to! There were very few vegetarian options so as this was the first time here for a meal instead of asking for a dish made vegetarian I opted for the only vegan dish, a jungle curry clearly marked vegan. My girlfriend went for the mackerel with a pork fried rice. As you can see from the photos the food looks great, clean and a decent portion size. As I tried the curry water I could taste fish and also chicken, I asked the owner what is the vegan curry water made from to which we were told chicken, I explained that I ordered the vegan curry so the curry was swiftly taken and exchanged. The staff were very nice and apologetic to the situation but then the curry came back and I could still taste fish, so possibly the veg had been used again and water just changed. I couldn't be bothered to ask again so tried to eat as much as possible. Rice was stodgy to. My girlfriend's mackerel was very tasty and cooked well with a decent size, the fried rice she had was very wet, it had been over boiled before frying so kept a lot of oil. The cheese sticks we had were good though.

Drinks were also very nice, we have tried the smoothie and Italian sodas here with everything being very nice! Staff were super friendly helpful and polite.

The place has huge potential to be amazing but people will not travel this far out of pattaya if the food stays the same! I really hope they can make improvements to the quality of food as this would be a...

I had an outstanding stay at this Guest House! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The service in the restaurant was excellent, and housekeeping did an amazing job. The food was absolutely delicious, and the beautiful garden setting made every meal a delight.

I also had to work online during my stay, and the Wi-Fi was really good, making it a smooth experience. The calming views from my room were just perfect. This is an excellent option for a budget stay, and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much!
