It was hard for the children to go to the pretty sea by boat, so I looked for a pretty sea that I could go there by car. Sai Kaew Beach is a sea where the sea is clear, clean, and sandy, so it's a good place for children to play. I was thinking about where to go among the restaurant cafes located on this beach, and decided on this place, which has the best reviews and the location is over, so there are not many people and it seems to be quiet. The Poo phat pong curry recommended by the staff was really delicious, but the food cooked with Scallops and garlic was hard to eat because of the smell. It was not good for me. The children enjoyed the omelette and chicken wings. If you order more than 600 baht for a meal or drink at this restaurant and offer 50 baht admission tickets, you will get a 50 baht discount. รับประทานเมื่อวันที่ 15 เมษา 2568. สั่งต้มยำน้ำข้น ได้รสชาติเหมือนต้มข่าไก่ใส่น้ำพริกเผา อาหารติดหวาน แม้แต่ส้มตำปูปลาร้าก้ยังหวาน ปลากะพงนึ่งซีอิ๊ว ปลาสด ยังดีที่ไม่ติดหวาน ระหว่างที่ทาน ก้มีลูกค้ากลุ่มใหญ่เข้ามา น้องพนักงานชายใส่เสื้อสีน้ำเงินล้วน (เสื้อไม่เหมือนคนอื่น) ทำการเตรียมโต๊ะเก้าอี้ให้ ระหว่างที่เตรียม (คิดว่าน้องน่าจะพูดใส่ talky walky) น้องพูดว่าไม่มีใครช่วยผมจัดโต๊ะ เมื่อทานอาหารจนอิ่ม เลยแจ้งน้องผู้หญิงตัวเล็กๆ และยังดูเด็ก (ที่ซึ่งน้องคนนี้เป็นคนรับรายการอาหารโต๊ะเรา น้องใส่เสื้อยูนิฟอร์มของร้าน และใส่กางเกงสีน้ำตาลอ่อนในวันที่เราไปทานอาหารที่ร้าน) ว่า เอาข้าวผัด และปลานึ่งห่อกลับบ้าน ที่ซึ่งก่อนน่าจะแจ้งน้องก้เห็นน้องเขาติดงาน check bill เมื่อทำการแจ้งน้องเสร็จ น้องหยิบไปแค่จานข้าวผัดอย่างเดียว แล้วน้องก้หายไปเลย ไม่มาเอาจานปลาไปห่อให้จนเราต้องแจ้งพนักงานอีกคนให้มาเอาปลาไปห่อ หลังจากที่น้องเอาข้าวผัดไปห่อเราเห็นน้องก้ยังยืนแถวแคชเชียร์ ย้ำว่าอยู่แถวแคชเชียร์ เมื่อน้องคนนี้เดินแถวมาโต๊ะลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อรับรายการอาหาร เราเลยเรียกน้องและถามว่าทำไมน้องไม่เอาปลาไปห่อให้ล่ะคะ น้องตอบว่าหนูติดรับลูกค้าอีกโต๊ะอยู่ค่ะ และน้องก้พูดอีก 2-3 ประโยค เพื่อเป็นการแก้ตัว เราก้มหน้าและไม่ตอบอะไร บอกแค่ว่าคิดเงิน จากนั้นมีเพื่อนพนักงานเดินมา แล้วน้องคนนี้ก้สั่งให้เพื่อนพนักงานทำอย่างที่เขาบอก อยากจะบอกเจ้าของร้านว่า ควรจัดสรรพนักงานให้เคลียร์ว่าใครดูแลโซนไหนทำหน้าที่อะไร ไม่ใช่ทำหน้าที่ไปบ่นไป แล้วคนที่ได้ยินคือลูกค้า พอได้ยินพนักงานบ่นลูกค้าก้จะคิดว่าไม่ใส่บริการ (อย่างน้องผู้ชาย) ส่วนน่องผู้หญิงเป็นเด็กที่ขายของเก่งนะ (ชักชวนให้สั่งโน่นนี่นั่น) แต่บริการและไหวพริบการแก้ปัญหาคือแย่ไปหน่อย ลูกค้าสามารถฟังคำแก้ตัวได้ แต่ก้อยากรู้ว่าจะแก้ปัญหายังไง ไม่ใช่มีแต่คำแก้ตัว คงต้องฝากเจ้าของร้านฝึก skill แบบนี้ให้กับพนักงานด้วย เพราะพนักงานที่ติดต่อกับลูกค้าโดยตรงจะสามารถสร้างแบรนด์ที่ดีได้ ถ้าเจ้าของร้านอยากรู้ว่าการบริหารจัดการร้านที่ดีเป็นยังไงให้ไปดูที่ร้าน ปูเป็น และร้าน ดำแดงพัทยา โดยเฉพาะร้านดำแดง คุณไปดู พนักงานเสริฟ คนยกอาหาร คนตักอาหาร ว่า energy และความตั้งใจในการทำงานเขาดีขนาดไหน ทั้งที่เป็นเพียงร้านอาหารตามสั่ง ก๋วยเตี๋ยว เราเชื่อว่าเจ้าของร้านไม่จำเป็นต้องง้อพนักงาน...

Ok so you've found the beach. Good work. Now drive all the way to carpark 3 (follow the road all the way until it ends at the carpark). Walk down as far as you can to the left end of the beach, and find the big barn like building with the blue umbrella tables out front. Bring your little paper passes and show the waitress for a 50 baht discount. Good music, good view, great food, great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Best restaurant on the whole beach.
