The place is pretty charming and the service was impeccable. Also, the food we got tasted pretty good, although not extraordinary. However, the prices are up over the roof for a pretty normal place at the country roadside. What about 79 bht for a small Leo beer, or 288 bht for a spaghetti with "kii mau" or "mu krob". I recently dined at Happy Hills and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food. Each dish was flavorful and truly reflected the cuisine's roots. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful.

The menu is extensive and the food was delicious. The portions are large and plenty! I would highly recommend making this your stop when going to the botanical gardens or Khao Chi Chan.
