I ordered a fish tom yum, both the soup and fish were freaking cold. After discussing with my boyfriend whether how we should tell them politely. We decide to ask them to lit the candle to boil the pot for us. But the waiter told us this pot couldn’t be warmed and didn’t give other alternative option to sort it of. So we ask what can you do for us to make this dish hot? However the first waiter couldn’t give us the answer and decide to leave the table, walk away without giving us any clues. Few minutes later, the second waitress came approached and told us the same thing that this bowl couldn’t be warmed with candle. Then I asked the same freking question what else could we do! I suggest if the restaurant could bring this soup back to the kitchen to boil it again and she told me it isn’t possible because the pots were occupied with other customers’ orders. (Ahuh what I thought was you could’ve just brought it back without telling those things and bring back the new hot dish anytime!) and why do I have to find my own solution? Duh, but then she just freaking left the table without saying sorry and won’t listen to my explanation. And I heard the other male waiter told her that “the dish was cold because it was set on the table” Frankly, this restaurant rates 0 in service. POOR. Absolutely ruin...
Read moreShort summary : Atmosphere: average, staff service: average, cleanliness: average, food: good.
Atmosphere was good, but not great. It was your usual Thai seafood restaurant by the sea. Food was good, especially dishes like Papaya salad, the papaya was really crisp, unlike most papaya you would find in other restaurants. Other dishes were good, or mediocre. Though a bit pricey, some of the expensive price tags were reasonable, while others were expensive for the value. The service was normal for the usual small sized Thai restaurants. I would like to add that the menu is quite small for a seafood restaurant consisting of about 4 pages of 50 dishes. The average price for dishes was about 150-400 with small exceptions like papaya salad costing 90 THB. The food was also definitely fresh, as should be for the price point. (Taste of the food maybe to the preference of an individual, someone might not have the same opinion with me about liking food to be on the more sour and...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and was left thoroughly disappointed. To start, the restaurant does not have a washroom, which is a basic necessity for any dining establishment. When a lady asked about it, a staff membership shockingly shouted at her, which was extremely disrespectful.
The payment process was also frustrating. They do not accept online transfers, and if you want to pay in cash, they charge an additional 10 baht for every 1,000 baht. This felt like an unnecessary and unfair surcharge.
The food itself was overpriced for what it was. For the cost, I expected much better quality and presentation.
To top it all off, the staff appeared moody and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were more of a burden than valued customers. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless they make significant...
