Sunplay Paradiso — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

We had a lovely lunch today at Sunplay Paradiso restaurant in Bang Saray, just South of Na Jomtien. The restaurant is part of a larger housing and condominium development, but available to anyone looking for a great Italian meal. The restaurant is really well appointed, the staff were clearly very well trained, and the food and wine was excellent. We are Vegan, and they were more than happy to adjust to our diet where necessary. They served a very nice selection of wine at reasonable prices, and have an extensive menu. The owner (Roberto) was charming, and spent some time with us and shared some things about the area with us as we are only visiting for a few months. If you are driving by Khao Chee Chan or Bangsaray, this restaurant is a must-stop ❤️ address. It has a wonderful scenic, both pool and garden 🪴 side, ideal for sunset 🌅 time. The interior is vibrant and welcoming, a lot of efforts made to give you an unforgettable time !

You don’t wait to be served, the service is professional 👍 and fast. A personal touch from the chef 🧑‍🍳 starts with the creative amuse-bouche.

You only get high quality food 🥘 there, and the selection of Italian wines 🍷 is excellent. I must recommend the pizza 🍕 and the pasta 🍝 . The chef proposes a selection of fusion food, Italian 🇮🇹 dishes with Thai 🇹🇭 ingredients. Another culinary touch to arouse curious foodies...

Found by chance, glad we did. I've missed out on good dining due to being away from the major city's. Devine setting, you would be forgiven for thinking you were in Europe. We dined so I didn't sample the bar (when I go back I'm hoping for a proper old fashioned...). Greeted and treated perfectly, polite, helpful yet not intrusive. The photos should whet your appetite enough, the platter was for two, you can see the size of it on the photos, very generous (which is rare when ordering outside of Europe). And such a small but extremely important thing, was we had balsamic, olive oil, pepper and salt at hand, I could have simply dined on the bread alone...

We'll be back, for sure.
