If negative stars were an option, I would generously bestow them upon this abysmal establishment. The service we endured at this restaurant was nothing short of a shocking disappointment. Despite our previous travels across Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Chonburi, and Khao Yai with our impeccably behaved dog, we were subjected to an astonishing dearth of hospitality. On an oppressively hot day, we were inexplicably turned away, even though our dog was securely confined in a bag. The sheer absence of pet-friendliness exhibited here is nothing short of staggering.
To add insult to injury, they couldn't even extend the courtesy of offering a simple glass of cold water, as it had to be kept outside. It's not just the lack of pet-friendliness, but also the complete absence of any service recovery attempts. The staff stood idly behind the cashier chatting amongst themselves in the comfort of an air-conditioned room, seemingly indifferent to our predicament.
This place not only fails on the pet-friendly front but also in the culinary department. The pasta was a dismal and minuscule offering, and the cheese pizza was passable at best. While the ambiance may be somewhat pleasant, the sheer absence of empathy from the staff overshadows any positive aspects. In all honesty, I can't fathom returning here, and I wholeheartedly discourage fellow pet lovers from doing so as well. This restaurant's flagrant lack of inclusivity and abysmal service make it a...
Read moreIf you're looking for a high-end Italian restaurant in Chonburi, then you won't be disappointed with this one. The price tag may be a bit steep, but the food is definitely worth it.
The standout dish has to be their carbonara, which is hands-down the best in the city. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the pasta is cooked to perfection. Every bite is a delicious, creamy delight that you won't be able to get enough of.
But the carbonara is not the only dish that shines here. Their pizza is simply fantastic - the crust is crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh. I found myself completely absorbed in the pizza while eating it, and my mind slipped away with every bite.
And it's not just the food that makes this restaurant great. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in the door. They are always happy to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant. The food is amazing, the owners are wonderful, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it's worth every penny. I give it a...
Read moreWe saw the restaurant on Google maps and decided to visit there for lunch.
We wanted to order the menu for 2 people. Salmon with vegetables and potatoes, pasta with ham and mussels, 2 truffle ice cream for dessert and 2 glasses of wine.
They couldn't serve the wine because we arrived 5 minutes after 2 p.m. So we ordered the menu without the wine. The salmon and the potatoes were ok, but the salmon was close to a burned skin side and the vegetables were floating in the oil.
The tagliatelle with ham and mussels were too much spicy (from pepper or chili!?) in contrast to the delicate mussels. This is a NO GO for authentic italian food.
The truffle ice cream tasted completely artificial from synthetic truffle oil - it was worst.
Despite 6 service employees were present and only 3 guests, the service was poor. The employees seem not be familar with their tasks and talking together behind the bar! Training is necessary! We didn't feel welcome! This is not an italian restaurant. No...
