Apple Plus Cafe & Resort — Restaurant in Chumphon Province

This resort while at first looks good, there are several areas that need improvement both in the facilities and customer service departments. First they ask for 500 baht deposit in addition to the room rate yet they give you no receipt for it unless you ask and insist on it. 790 baht per night sorry but that is expensive to pay for a room in the backwoods of chumphon which is not exactly the most touristic place in Thailand. The fact that the rooms face a nice yet completely man-made lake with not many trees around just does not justify the high room rate. Resort Ban Pai Na next corner only charges 500b for a bigger room with more amenities. Then the room. Very simplistic, looks modern but lacks many things, they have no utensils in the room, not even a small spoon, no glasses to drink water, our room did not even have toilet paper. There is a modern metallic structure to hang clothes but that was very limited, there is absolutely nothing in the room to rest your personal belongings. The coffee shop attached in the resort is absolutely useless, there is a large menu with a whole array of coffees yet the only thing they actually serve is black coffee because they stock no milk. Then the wifi, difficult to get the password, the front lobby do not even know the password of the wifi! I come often in Chumpon but this would be my first and last time here, there are other better and cheaper...

An offoradble one bedroom bungalow (with A/C) in front of the pond. A View from the bedroom is splendid especially during sunset and sunrise. The owner was very friendly and supportive.
