Hidden Gem You've Gotta Try!

Wow, just wow! I stumbled upon Bat & Bol recently, and I'm still buzzing about it. This place nails the fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisine like you wouldn't believe.

First off, the bobun - holy moly! It's a flavor explosion in your mouth. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and downright addictive. And don't even get me started on the spring rolls. Crispy, juicy, and gone in 60 seconds - they're that good!

The vibe of the place is super cool too. It's got this neat decor that's modern but still cozy. You can tell the owners really care about what they're doing. They're friendly faces around the place, and you can feel their love for good food.

What really blew me away is how rare it is to find a spot that just gets everything right. The food's amazing, the atmosphere's great, and the service is on point. It's like hitting the restaurant jackpot!

Whether you're into Vietnamese food, French cuisine, or just looking for a killer meal, you've got to check out Bat & Bol. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Bottom line: Bat & Bol is the real deal. Great food, cool vibes, and the kind of place that makes you want to high-five the chef. It's definitely become my new favorite spot in town. Go there,...

Bat & Bol Café Bistro, where French finesse intertwines with Vietnamese flair. 🇫🇷🇻🇳 A Fusion of Cultures

Nestled in the vibrant streets of Bangkok, "Bat & Bol Café Bistro" beckons with its unassuming facade. As you step inside, the air carries whispers of both Hanoi and Paris—a harmonious blend of flavors and aesthetics.

The Artistic Ambiance

The moment you cross the threshold, you're greeted by an eclectic tapestry of design elements. The walls wear a patchwork of vintage posters—some faded, others vivid—each telling a story of its own. But it's the intricately patterned tiles and special design of the lavatory and toilet that steal your gaze. These tiles, reminiscent of Hanoi's colonial past, create a mosaic of warmth and nostalgia. Combined with a modern unique design.

The Kind Host

Meet Richard, the gracious host behind "Bat & Bol". His smile radiates warmth, and his eyes crinkle with genuine hospitality. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, he treats you like family. Ask him about the origins of each dish, and he'll share tales of his travels—from the bustling streets of Hanoi to the cobbled alleys of Paris.

No embellishments, no fluff—just an authentic celebration of "Bat & Bol Café Bistro". Bon...

This place is definitely not a hidden gem neither a secret restaurant or bar. Here is actually an oasis place! It is located in the middle of the indeed local area, instead of selling local Thai food, stir-fried or noodle. However; the owner has been gathering his experience, with a challenge to offer the fusion Vietnamese and French Menu with a bar where you can just sit down have a chilling time with couple of drink and food. It doesn't need to spend time to drive to Sukhumvit or Thonglor, stuck in traffic for just a few things. Imagine in this area while everyone shut their shops, too peaceful and dark. This place stays open with the tasty food, chilled drink, cool musics, good atmosphere with warm welcome service. That is why I realise here is a truly oasis where you need to stop and rest by, to fill up your energy after the long day. We are glad to...

Very interesting little gem in a very unexpected location. Newly opened less than 2 months of this review. The interesting decorations and ambiance are worth looking around and enjoying from the dining room to even the washroom. Lots of fun things to take photos. The French-Vietnamese cuisine is tasty and the portions are good. The spring rolls are very crunchy and delicious. Highly recommend. There is parking in the rear, and there looks like open mic on Saturdays. The owner is very friendly and welcomes comments to improve the experience.
