Oasis Bar & Restaurant Pizza — Restaurant in Kamphaeng Phet Province

Me and my son spent a lot of time in this bar restaurant for lunch and dinner. I tried most things on the menu more than once and the food was consistently very good. My favourite was the NZ steak with mash potatoes with a pot of delicious gravy. The beer most of it from Germany is high quality, cold and served in a German glass. There is also a pool table, however, the staff are to good to beat.. This place is truly an oasis, great European food and German beers at reasonable prices. Friendly owner “Mike” who I accompanied on the back of his motorcycle too Chang Mai for the October Beer Festival, has some great stories of his journey in life. Super Restaurant - hervorragende Pizzen (mein Favorit die Thunfisch Pizza, meine Tochter liebt die Pizza Hawai, meine Frau die Würstchen) und heute hab ich auch das panierte Schnitzel mit Pilzsosse und Pommes probiert - echt lecker.

Deutsches Bier!!! - auch vom Fass (Andechser, genau mein Geschmack!). Plätze sowohl im Garten (unter freiem Himmel), unterm Dach oder im klimatisierten Raum. Wir sind sehr gerne hier und meine Frau holt auch ab und zu Mal Pizza für zu Hause!

Grosses Lob an Mike und sein Team - hier kann man auch Mal etwas bekommen was es sonst nicht zu kaufen gibt (Schweizer Käse, Rauchfleisch, Brot und anderes).

Die Preise sind meist auf Thailändischem Niveau, also sehr günstig im Vergleich zu Deutschland. Das Bier ist importiert, daher etwas teurer als z.B. Singha, ist es aber immer Wert, besonders wenn es auch noch "frisch gezapft" wird! (kann man somit wohl kaum vergleichen!)

Bald möchten wir die von Mike "Hausgemachten Bretzen" und die Schlachtplatte probieren - sind schon sehr gespannt!

Thailändisches Essen ist lecker, aber man vermisst trotzdem manche Speisen. Wer eine richtig gute Pizza möchte findet hier in der Gegend vermutlich nichts besseres!
