Tree room cafe ร้านกาแฟกำแพงเพชร — Restaurant in Kamphaeng Phet Province

Lovely little cafe 5-10 minutes from downtown Kamphaeng Phet! The back porch area is really nice. It overlooks a little creek and provides a nice quiet green area close to nature. Inside is bright and clean with sofa chairs and low wood tables. I wasn't impressed with their dessert selection, but I did enjoy my cup of tea which was served in China. My travel companions said their fresh squeezed orange juice was really good as well, while the French fries were good. The waffle was Ok! Rude and Incompetent! I wish I could say something nice, but I can't. I recommend travelers to go elsewhere. Here's my story:

I payed a lot of money to stay at a resort. The resort owner owns Tree Room Café too and recommended it to me.

Closes at 5:30pm. I arrived at 4:03pm. The hostess frowned at me and smugly said "were closing".

Lies! I saw people seated and eating. There was also 1.5 hrs left.

Horrible businesses. Thailand is supposed to be the land of smiles but my friendly and happy face only got micro-aggression and passive...

Instagrammable location but that's about it ... Drinks are pretty decent. But food quality is way below expectations. Wagyu burger was possibly the worst burger I've had in 10 yrs. Meat patty wasn't wagyu one bit. Disappointing. French fries came with so much seasoning powder it wasn't for my 20m old baby....

Come here have a coffee. Take photos of the canal. And eat somewhere else. You'd be doing yourself a favor.
