Hua Cha Tea House — Restaurant in Kanchanaburi Province

Of Taiwanese origins, some of the staffs spoke only Mandarin. The best Chicken Chop I have had in a long time, Thais just don’t know how to make it the way a Chicken Chop should be. A must if you are ever here, all the authentic Taiwanese food and desserts they offer. As the names says it, it is also a place for some great Chinese tea. They serve it in a fancy way with a big decorative pot, I mis-ordered mine and it came only in a traditional Chinese cup. Hua Cha Tea House is way deep into Sai Yok, the road north towards Sangkhla Buri. But it is very worth the trip if you are around in Kanchanaburi. It is tranquil and away from it all. The floating café is located downhill by the river and required a buggy ride from the parking lot. Even though it was a weekend, fortunately there were not much people crowding up the place to make it sink. As we sat and chilled beyond the hours of lunchtime, we had the place to ourselves. The sound of swishing water as I laid on the net above the flowing river, it was so relaxing. I saw some equipment for standup boarding, but I do not want to end up being able to go on shore only in Don Hoi Lot. Better to just chill, relax and enjoy the moment. อาหารออกช้า รอนาน ออร์เดอร์ตกหล่น บริหารจัดการแย่ เข้าไปทาน 27/12/2567 ถึงร้านตอนเที่ยง สั่งข้าวก่อน2อย่างพนักงานรับออร์เดอร์ที่โต๊ะ สักพักเลยเดินไปสั่งน้ำกับขนมเพิ่มที่เคาน์เตอร์ โดยสั่งน้ำ2แก้ว ขนม2อย่าง พนักงานหาบิลข้าวไม่เจอแจ้งให้กลับไปนั่งโต๊ะก่อน ผ่านไปเกือบ30นาที น้ำแก้วแรกมาเสริฟ ตามด้วยแก้วที่2 ในอีกเกือบ10นาที(พอเข้าใจได้คนเยอะทำไม่ทัน)

หลังจากนั้น 20นาทีถึงได้รับขนมที่สั่ง(ขนมทำเสร็จแล้วโชว์ที่ตู้แค่อุ่นให้ร้อนก็ทานได้แต่รอนานถึงเกือบ ชม.) ถามพนักงานอาหารที่สั่งก่อนหน้าได้รึยังเพราะตอนนี้บ่ายโมงนิดๆแล้วเด็กเริ่มหิว พนักงานบอกยังไม่ได้ค่ะเดี๋ยวเช็คให้ สักพักเดินกลับมาบอกออร์เดอร์ตกหล่นจะรอมั๊ยคะ 15นาที เราก็ตกใจถามกลับไปว่า…. ตัวเองจดออร์เดอร์เองตกหล่นได้ไง พนังงานบอกหนูเอาไปให้ที่ครัวแล้วเขาทำหาย ตอนนั้นภาวะจำยอมมากเพราะลูกหิวข้าวสุดๆ เริ่มงอแงกันแล้ว ถ้าเปลี่ยนร้านใหม่กว่าจะขับรถวนหากว่าจะสั่งอาหารคงนานกว่า15นาทีแน่ๆ ก็เลยตอบโอเคไปรอก็รอ

ระหว่ารอก็เดินไปถามเคาน์เตอร์ขนมอีกอย่างที่สั่งได้รึยังพนักงานก็งงๆ สาระวนหาออร์เดอร์ว่าอะไร ส่วนคนที่จดข้าวนางกำลังชงชาอยู่ก็ทำเป็นไม่มองแต่ชักสีหน้าใส่ชัดเจน มีเสียงจากพนักงานอีกคนดังจากข้างหลังเราข้าวของลูกค้าได้แล้วนะคะ อ๋อมาตามขนมที่สั่งไว้ค่ะ ถ้ายังไม่ทำอันนี้ยกเลิกนะคะขี้เกียจรอแล้ว พนง.ก็คุยกันสั่งครัวไปแล้วนะ พอถึงโต๊ะก็รีบป้อนข้าวลูก สัก5นาทีได้ พนง.ผู้ชายเอาข้าวมาเสริฟอีก2จาน เราก็งง2อย่างนี้เราไม่ได้สั่งเราสั่งบะหมี่ไก่ทอด ป้อนข้าวลูกจนอิ่มบะหมี่ไก่ทอดถึงตามมา เลยอ๋อจดออร์เดอร์ผิดอีก
