Rainforest Cafe is a lovely spot to relax and unwind not far away from Kanchanaburi, just a five-minute drive from the River Kwai bridge. The cafe has a refreshing green atmosphere with an array of plants inside, which creates a pleasant ambiance. Despite the hot weather, the temperature inside the cafe was just right, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
The staff at Rainforest Cafe were friendly, although they appeared to be new or part-time workers. They promptly attended to us, and unfortunately, there was a temporary power outage when we arrived, but it was resolved within a few minutes, so it didn't affect our experience much.
Parking at Rainforest Cafe was convenient, with plenty of free spots available in the front. When it comes to the drinks, we ordered two coffees - a Cappuccino and a Latte - and a Brownie. We ordered rice and salmon fillet and some shrimps with tamarind sauce... the salmon fillet thickness was about 5mm and took about 30 min till they served it, the prawns took a few more minutes... we ordered a pizza (home made they say) but my hopes are dying as time passes and so is my soul. I think this place may be good for coffee but we will never know, thanks for reading. (Also i stood up and went to grab the napkins, salt, pepper and sauces for our table) *edited: Pizza dough was not...
Read moreThey did renovation works…they will open tomorrow but I could already try the coffee, it’s SOO GOOD 😍👌🏽 like I read someone talking about in the reviews that he thinks the taste of the coffee was bland or smth, but that’s definitely NOT true, they have an amazing selection of beans to choose from, I ordered an espresso yen (Thai style coffee) with the chocolate thai lao Brazil blend I think it was. One of the most amazing es-yens I had in a long long time. Plus the place is outstandingly beautiful now. So definitely worth a visit. If possible I would give 10 stars. Staff also soooo nice and...
