Worst Italian food in my life. So let me start from that we came here with family members of 8 people. We wanted to wat some Italian food so looked up in Google maps and decided to come here. The first impression was very nice, the restaurant have a nice cozy environment and a outdoor garden (with a lot of mosquitoes though). But this impression didn't last long, when we wanted to order the food the servant was very slow and there were not so many customers. When he came he couldn't even answer our questions about the dishes in the menu. But that was nothing comparing what we got later. So we ordered 2 pizzas for kids the price was in the range of 350-450 baht. Saying it was bad is like saying nothing. It was terrible, worst pizza we've ever eaten, sauce was not enough and it was so plain, dough was just not there, even the kids said it was "GROSE AND DISGUSTING",and trust me, they love pizza. We also ordered grilled chicken topped with GORGONZOLA but it was actually topped with the average plain tasting gravy. No GORGONZOLA whatsoever. Then my wife ordered a Ceasars Salad with the most old stale tasting bacon that I have ever eaten. So after we complained to waiter, the staff ignored us for 20 minutes and finally we asked to speak to the manager. Finally the owner came to our table and we told her how the food was unedible. She told us that the chef was trained by an Australian who used to work in Italy. She said that we couldn't give us a refund because this is the way they make their food. After asking her if I could see the packaging for their GORGONZOLA cheese, she wouldn't agree. BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY IN THE KITCHEN. WE asked her to remake all the messed up and disgusting dishes and her response was "It will taste the same". So she eventually refunded the Ceasars salad and Magarita pizza because she new deep down inside that the bacon in the salad was a least a week old and after she looked at the Magarita pizza that we only ate 2 pieces of, had no sauce she decided to not include it on our bill. Very bad service, the worst food and way overpriced. I don't mind paying 460 baht for a grilled chicken thigh topped with GORGONZOLA but when you don't even include GORGONZOLA it is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING. PIZZA IS STRAIGHT UP NASTY!!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! WORST DINING...

We have been living in Thailand for two years, but we have never experienced such bad service. Before our visit, we clarified the opening hours via Facebook. We were answered openly until 22.00, the last order at 21.00. We arrived at 20.20. We asked to make plane spaghetti without sauce for the child. We didn't ask to reduce the price, but to charge us the price for pasta with sauce, but do not add sauce. We were refused. We asked to make hot cocoa from menu and another regular pasta from menu, waitress told ok. We asked for soda. We were denied because waitress said the bar is closed. Then she said that, as an exception, they would make soda, but not hot cocoa. So, for 3 person we can have 1 soda and one pasta for dinner. That's all... After that, we no longer want to understand this confusing management system of what can be ordered and what we can not, we just got up from the table and left for...

Not all food was given to the table in 1 time while eating with a group of 4. Second dish came 20 min later. Every one was eating individually. Food is good but services extremely bad. Unfortunately the last dish was chicken with Gorgonzola. Unfortunately the chicken was not well cooked. Sorry but no return to this restaurant. Staff was not active at all. Even when dinner finished no action to remove the plates. While ordering the dessert all plates stayed grouped together on the table, see photo.
