Went to Seafood Land due to full house in Mungkorn Seafood. Found this place in google. However, the grab app couldn't locate this place in their map, perhaps it is a new restaurant. Food was not top up, perhaps there are only a few tables of diners. Wide range of fresh beef and pork for mookatha, is a plus point. That fresh orange juice station is a disappointment. Left those oranges that were not fresh and some even rotten. Seafood sizes were smaller compared to Mungkorn, with a wide range of crabs, clean toilet and staff were friendly.
