UNO's secret prototype store in Bangkok.
Yes, actual deep dish.
It's just as you would expect based on the name, reviews and pictures. Strangely situated, it may in fact be located on a wormhole leading to the windy city.
From red checkered tablecloths, to the obligatory oregano shakers, there is little doubt as to the owner's pizzarian cred.
For those of you expecting a crab hanging out of a deep dish amidst a tangle of pad Thai and shredded mango, you may be disappointed.

Read morePapa's Chicago Pizza was excellent! Prices are very reasonable. I've lived in Thailand for a couple years and have had pizza from several different places. Papa's Chicago Pizza is by far the best I have had so far! While the Pizza may have had a little too much sauce for my taste, it did not take away from the excellent flavors of the Pizza. I had the 12" half Hawaiian half pepperoni pizza and a cheesy clam dip with garlic bread. The pizza toppings were top quality. The clam dip had tons of clams and has a nice garlicky flavor. I'll definitely be making another visit to Papa's...
