ช่วงเวลาดีดี Good Times & Bistro — Restaurant in Khon Kaen Province

Nice, upscale bar an restaurant. Both outdoor and air-con-indoor seating. The place was quite busy and I felt a little under dressed in my sleeveless shirt and shorts as everyone seemed a bit dressed up. Oh well, who was to know.

The place is quite new here in Khon Kaen and really seems nice and classy. The liquor selection here is impressive. Import wine, beer and spirits selection is "over the top". Very impressive.

Live music playing "chill" hits and classic favorites in both Thai and English was nice.

The toilets (I had to mention) were clean and looked like what you would expect at a proper, big brand hotel.

No comment on food. Never ordered any this visit, but the beers were nice and cold.

A restaurant with a great atmosphere offering both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a wide selection of beers available, live music, and large TV screens for watching live sports. The food has a moderate taste, but the prices are relatively high considering the portion size and flavor.

Drawbacks: The outdoor seating area is not fully covered by awnings. If it rains, additional coverings need to be set up, but they don’t cover all the tables. The service falls short of expectations given the restaurant’s pricing and image. For example, a server recommended the deep-fried sea bass with fish sauce, but the sea bass was unavailable. The server never came back to inform us, and we were left waiting for 30–40 minutes until we had to ask. Even worse, the sea bass was still included in the final bill. Multiple mistakes like this led to frustration.

ข้อเสีย 1.ที่นั่งด้านนอกไม่ได้มีหลังคาผ้าใบคลุมทั้งหมด หากฝนตกต้องนำหลังคาผ้าใบมากางเพิ่ม แต่ไม่ได้ครอบคลุมทุกโต๊ะ 2.บริการต่ำกว่าความคาดหวังเมื่อเทียบกับราคาและเกรดของร้าน เช่น เด็กเสิร์ฟเป็นคนแนะนำเมนูปลากระพงทอดน้ำปลาให้ แต่ปลากระพงหมด ก็ไม่กลับมาแจ้งลูกค้า ปล่อยให้รอ 30-40 นาทีจนลูกค้าต้องถามเอง และตอนคิดเงินยังมีราคาปลากระพงรวมอยู่ในเมนูอีก...
