Sukishi @Central Khonkaen — Restaurant in Khon Kaen Province

We had the standard buffet and I must say that I enjoyed the food much more than in other buffets closeby. For once the beef slices were really good quality with enough fat and some came with an awesome chilli marinade. Then the standard dipping sauce is much more to my taste than in most other places - just add some more fresh chilli and garlic which you can order and all perfect. I really like the indoor charcoal idea while sitting in an air conditioned room - much better than in the semi-outdoor places. The copper coloured exhaust vent works and keeps everything comfy.
