The river side restaurants along Chaopraya never stop amazing me. We had been to most of the restaurants near our home many time. Tonight we decided to try some different area. On my previous drives from Ayuthaya I had noticed the cluster of restaurants near the bridge. Rauen Sai Nam was a obvious choice. The restaurant has ample seating space. The food we delicious, we tried lemon pork salad, fish salad, kenkewan chicken curry, and grilled eggplant salad with boiled eggs and shrimp. We topped off the delicious and spicy dinner with a traditional Thai dessert of mango and sticky rice. Service was fast and efficient.

Update Sep 2023. Another fantastic dinner by river side. This time we had steamed fish in lemon soup, prawns with stinky beans, kenkewan based meat dish, cashew nut chicken and stir fried vegetables. For dessert we had a big bowl of ice cream with...

Not worth to come. Very Pricy and plain tast. First show the old menu with old price. We order the bean strout with oyster siurce. In menu the price for this dish show 150 baht including shrimp. We ask for only bean the waitress say it is 150 baht if with shrimp will be 200 baht. She just said it is the old menu not adjust price yet. We are ok with price however the real dish show less quantity. From picture price should be onlyhalf price. ผัดถั่วน้ำมันหอยจานละ 150 บาท
