The worst staff service I've ever experienced in Thailand!
The skinny male staff (a girly boy or tomgirl) must leave this place if the onwer wants a good reputation for his cafe.
The staffs just kept me near the entrance, because they couldn't be bothered going outside to re-enter the upstairs for their serving while it's heavy raining if they had me upstairs. They just did not want to do their job!
It was pouring rain when I visited the cafe. When I entered the place all the staffs pointed me to sit right next to the entrance. I asked if I could go upstairs because the ground floor is cramped and I was sitting next the the entrace while people constantly kept coming in. They all said "Nope".
I saw many local Thai people kept going upstairs, so I asked the staff whether they put me near on the first floor because I only ordred coffee and cake. They said having a coffee can still be seated upstairs, so I said "well, then I want to go up", but they kept saying "2 mins (waiting)" multiple times and then never came back to me.
After a while, I went over to the counter and said I'm not going to stay right near the entrance any longer. Not one person can speak English and understood me. A manager suddenly appeared from somewhere to see what's going on, and they made a such a drama out of this as if I was asking something too much. After I explained the situation, the manager "approved" for me to go upstairs as if it wasn't allowed. Surprisingly, when I moved up, there was a pleny of seats!
When I made a payment, I expalined this to another manger who seems to speak English. She said the staffs did not allow me to come upstairs because it was heavy raining outside so the balcony was closed. But hey, I'm not stupid. Who would sit outside when it's raining cats and dogs? I was not asking for the balcony, I simply wanted to stay upstairs! Obviously the manager tried to get away with the issue as if it is not their fault.
Awful service & awful staffs. They don't fit for such a lovely space like this. I visited Thailand many times, and it's my very first time having such a...

Thailand has some amazing cafes. In these cafes, apart from great coffee and food, their architecture, design, and use of space are so well-done that the experience of being there transcends utility and goes into sublime territory. These cafes inspire, amaze, comfort or stir the imagination. And they beckon you to spend hours there.
I especially like the ones that make use of their surroundings, and make a point to build or design in harmony with nature. Although I’ve seen some truly amazing cafes in Northern Thailand, I am excited Krabi province has their own fair share of some truly spectacular ones as well. Many of them are along the coast, adjacent to the beautiful beaches. However, there are some probably tucked away in the lush greenery inland.
Today I happily experienced one such inland cafe that truly left such an impression that I wanted to share it with those who are currently here and fortunate enough to be able to go “Into the Forest”.
Sitting inside as I type this, I somehow felt at rest with the splendor of this limestone rockface in plain view, assuringly reminding me that this existed before any of us and will continue to exist after we’re long gone. And that whatever we are going through globally is transient…. Our man-made issues and problems will cease. and be forgotten. Our sadness, frustrations, and all that weigh us down. will eventually pass. But this—this glorious and unmovable structure is here, through it all. And for this one moment, for some deep reason, that’s good enough. We are enough. And we are...
