KFC Lotus Krabi — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Zero customer service. Ordered Original chicken. They tried to give us Spicy chicken instead without asking, we refused to accept it. After 30 minutes still no Original chicken available. Waited for another 10 minutes, requested to talk to the manager and were ignored. After total 45 minutes waiting with a hungry child had to claim our money back and go to Pizza Company. Why would they take an order and our money if they did not even cook the ordered food? Why manager refuses to talk to the customers?...
