See The Sea Restaurant — Restaurant in Krabi Province

You know there are those places in the city you know that can never go wrong with their service, that are your safe haven to go to in a craving, 'See the Sea' is one of those places in Krabi! Hands down, this is one of the best Thai restaurants that serve both, great food and great service. Although we have not tried much of Thai food elsewhere, but can say without a doubt that you would find the right taste here. We have come back to this restaurant over and over again and each time were surprised with the quality and taste of each dish we had. Beyond the food, the ambience of the restaurant is lovely and basic, next to the beach with lovely swings to enjoy at. Our favorites here are- Fried fish with tamarind sauce, seafood in coconut curry, and fried rice.

I cannot recommend this place enough. This was the highlight of our stay in Krabi and exceeded the top restaurants in Ao Nang. The owner Ju Sainuy is very kind and her entire team is very welcoming. I recommend going before sunset as they have a great view. The papaya salad has excellent flavor as are the wide selection of of fish dishes. We ended with the Nutella Toast. It took a while to assemble, but could see why when it came out. There are 7-8 different components and it has stuffed toast with all these various toppings. Also have wine and many drink options. They have a free shuttle, but it's quite close to the local hotels if you want exercise. We left with a smile on our face and immediately wanted to return. Take the time to check this...

Sea the Sea is a very nice beach front restaurant offering a variety of seafood dishes. A terrific dish from the south part of Thailand is “Kaeng som”, meaning “orange soup”. It is a spicy soup with vegetables and seafood.

However, the restaurant offers many more dishes like a spicy dip sauce with shrimp and vegetables (nam prik kung sot). Fried rice with pineapple and seafood or mussels soup with Thai herbs. The service is very good and the menu shows reasonable prices. Apart from the menu, the location is very special and the atmosphere is lovely.
