The Hidden Gem Krabi — Restaurant in Krabi Province

We held our welcome drinks the night before our wedding at The Hidden Gem, and it truly lived up to its name. The team went absolutely above and beyond to make the night seamless and memorable. They organised everything—transfers to and from the venue, a DJ, entertainment, delicious drinks, and a fantastic spread of food (including lots of chicken nuggets that kept the kids very happy!).

They were incredibly flexible with all of our requests, which made the planning process so much easier, especially from overseas. The drinks were flowing, the vibe was relaxed and fun, and the views were absolutely stunning.

Even with a few challenges—like a wild thunderstorm and flight delays, the night was still incredible. The team handled everything with such professionalism and warmth, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We honestly can’t fault the experience and would 100% recommend The Hidden Gem to anyone hosting an event in Krabi. It was a beautiful start to our wedding weekend. Thank you to...

We tried The Hidden Gem three times, first for smoothies after a day kayaking, then later that night for dinner, and then finally the next night for smoothies at sunset. The location and facility is awesome, perfect for hanging out and watching the sun set over the islands. The smoothies are pretty decent, but a little pricey relative to other places. The food was pretty bad. The spring rolls were fine, the Pad Kra Prao wasn’t great, but the fried calamari may have been the worst thing I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. About half of the pieces were just breading with no calamari. The pieces of calamari were incredibly tough and nearly unchewable. We told our waitress and she was sympathetic, but did nothing to replace or refund the dish.

We had our engagement at The Hidden Gem in Krabi, and it was an absolutely perfect experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us in organizing the event down to the finest details. Their support made everything smooth and stress-free.

The food was simply delicious—each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The cocktails were amazing as well, expertly crafted and refreshing. The overall atmosphere was cozy and romantic, making it an ideal place for such a special moment.
