I am writing this review with profound disappointment. The coffee machine I purchased arrived broken and non-functional straight out of the box.

What has been even more shocking than the defective product is the complete and utter failure of Amazon Coffee's customer service system. In today's technologically advanced world, getting support should not be an impossible maze, yet that is exactly what Amazon Coffee has designed.

For three months, I have tirelessly tried to contact them through every official channel, with zero success:

No Direct Email: There is no customer service email address to report a faulty product. Useless Social Media: Their Instagram team only provides an unresponsive phone number that leads to a dead end. Ignored Warranty Claims: I meticulously filled out their official warranty Google Form, explaining the issue and pleading for help. It has been radio silence for months.

It is unacceptable to sell a premium product and offer absolutely no post-purchase support. A warranty is only as good as the service behind it, and in this case, the warranty is a hollow promise.
