✨ I visited this restaurant for my birthday and invited my family to compare it with our experience in London. Overall, the quality was quite good. However, I have to mention that I found hair in the food—twice, in the signature duck dish. That was disappointing. I strongly suggest that all staff wear hair coverings to ensure hygiene.

✅ The service was pleasant. Every staff member seemed helpful and proactive, which I really appreciated.

🏙️ The atmosphere was decent, especially for a location inside a shopping mall. It might be even more impressive if it were a standalone branch. I’ve heard they have six branches in Bangkok—maybe it’s worth trying another one for a different vibe.
