Janjaow.coffee.sourdough — Restaurant in Lop Buri Province

Junjaow understands that excellent food is sourced from excellent ingredients. Her and her husband have a kindness and an attention to detail that makes this establishment one of my favorites in Lop Buri.

While Junjaow usually has coffee from all over the world, she is also quick to utilize beans from local roasters. Coffee is hand ground, measured by gram scale, and prepared with filtered water. I have sampled her French Press, pour over, and (now) cold brew - all are fantastic!! Her pour over taste very similar to coffee prepared via a Chemex.

Note: What we would call a 'pour over' she calls 'filtered' coffee.

Today I try Ethiopia (Champion Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship 2018) Roast date 7/12/2018. The taste of a cup of drip coffee is superb. The sour,sweet is mixed together with very good balance.

And I try "Krapao Platu" (Organic rice + spicy + fish(Platu) . The smell is salty but the tast is very amazing. Every spoon is spicy little bit but it is good. I recommed all of you to try this dish.

Next time when I go to Loburi. This place...

I've had her pour overs, cold brew, lattes, Italian food. Great place! I really go for the coffee but her food is really good to. Give a shot.
