Lovely venue but very unfriendly staff Made to feel very unwelcome Had our own bottles of water on the table like we take everywhere and were told straight away that we could not have them, which is fair enough. But then another table asked to buy some water and they were told they could not?! I went to buy a drink at the till and didn’t bring my money, so when they asked me to pay I said ‘do you want me to pay now’ and they laughed at me weirdly, which I brushed off. Then one of my friends did not want a drink and we were told to look at the tiny sign hidden next to the till where you have to pay 50 baht if you do not want to buy anything. Sir you broke the biggest rule of hotel/Airbnb. NEVER enter a guest’s room without consent, ESPECIALLY without...

We only had 100 baht and offered to buy at least one coffee with it, but they refused. They told us that each person must buy a coffee, even though we explained our situation.
It feels very unwelcoming that instead of accepting the 100 baht we offered, they told us to take one coffee and leave the space. The main problem is that they don’t accept credit cards, and instead of being understanding with new customers, they were quite unfriendly. This left us with a very...
