We ordered tea leaf salad and steamed fish with rice and the food was delish. The fish didn’t smell fishy at all. It was cooked to perfection. We were welcomed with two types of tea, chrysanthemum and oolong. We went during the last week of July but the place was crowded and servers were overwhelmed with orders. We asked for water which they forgot to provide. After someone from our group choked, we urgently asked for water again and no one brought them to our table. There must have been some sort of miscommunication due to language barrier because we got water after asking for 4 times. This restaurant is non-halal and they serve pork, so we opted for fish dishes. There were plenty of vegetables and fish items available. For dessert, we had fried mantou and my gosh, it was the perfect dessert to end the day. The view of the lake, the lamps that lit the place, and the happy chatter of friends and families around me made the dinner a...

We recently dined at this authentic Chinese restaurant, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a breathtaking view that made the meal even more enjoyable.

We ordered a set meal, and it was more than enough to satisfy seven people. The portions were generous, and every dish was packed with rich, traditional flavors that truly reflected authentic Chinese cuisine. From perfectly seasoned meats to well-balanced soups and fresh vegetables, each bite showcased high-quality ingredients and expert preparation.

The service was another highlight of the evening. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for those looking to enjoy real Chinese flavors in a comfortable setting with an amazing view. Whether you're dining with friends or family, it's definitely...

We arrived at 4:30. There were virtually no other customers. Horrible service. Although there were at least 10 staff milling around there was no adult management. Manager was a 20 something young girl in a red and white sweater who spent her time joking and goofing around with her 20 something boy staff. Our food arrived promptly but the fish was under cooked. Problem was they never brought us the water we ordered until half our food was already eaten and then only after we reminded them twice. They then forgot to bring me my soda water. We had a better time at the day side of the lake at the many small food stalls there offering various food options at half the price - with very...

Wonderful food! Kitchen was closing so we had to order quickly, and in our haste we ordered the “set” meal for 3-4ppl. We were so happy we did! It came with tea tasting, and so many delicious dishes! Pork leg in a simmering broth pot , tea leaves salad, mantou, a super flavorful pork dish , a giant bowl of dumplings soup with lily buds and purple rice & more. We couldn’t finish it and we can eat! The service could use improvements. She left our drinks on another table. And brought our bill while we were still eating. But was very nice. we then took a large boat out. Recommend you try a boat ride!

Probably the busiest restaurant in town, long queue during lunch time, so do expect the long waiting of food. Taste is really nothing special, thai people call this is Yunnan food, but it's like Hainan chicken is not from Hainan, and Hokkien fried noodles is not from Hokkien. The food here is just from here, not really Chinese food. We picked two dishes from their specialties, a pork knuckle hotpot and fried mushroom, both tastes normal, at least is not full of MSG. But really, nothing really made us feel special here. Let alone the price, it is a tourist place.
