Beautifully decorated, nice looking choices of Vietnamese food and reasonable price(for beautiful riverside location and decoration)

However, staff (all including manager/owner and waitresses) gave us nasty look , not even hello or welcome until I had to ask myself if the place was opened(we were defiantly friendly and respectful). After sitting down a waitress slammed menus in front of us without any word.

Having all the asset to open and setup a great restaurant but with the nasty attitude, not a single penny will...

The thai food was very nice and well cooked, we ordered multiple dishes. The international food, beef steak with french fries was not so good as we got only 6 french fries and the meat was raw (very red inside), they did not ask how we wanted the meat. So if you come here i would definitely recommend the thai/lao dishes but stay away from farang food. The restaurant itself is in a very tranquil and calm setting with many old vintage stuff to look at. There are also hotel rooms available...

Gorgeous location, great view, hidden gem! English menu and the staff speak some English. Friendly laid-back staff, but you definitely have to catch their attention or go up to the counter to ask for what you want/need. They're super accomodating, made a vegetarian version of the menus meat heavy pho for me. No complaints about the food, and regular prices for a riverside spot.
