GATE 14 Burger and Steak house — Restaurant in Nakhon Phanom Province

I give this place 5 stars not because of the food, but because of the amazing service. The burger itself was just okay — the biggest issue was the meat. It was supposed to be beef, but it tasted more like pork, and the texture/color didn’t seem like properly cooked beef either. When I mentioned it, the staff were extremely professional: they cooked a new burger for me, offered a drink on the house, and didn’t want to charge me for the food at all. I did pay and left a tip because their attitude and willingness to fix the issue really impressed me. So bad I couldn’t chew my steak my missuss was the same. And at 500bht I was horrified - the beer was craft ipa from the fridge at 250 for 330 tin. Staff were nice and kind but what a rip off. Hygiene wise I needed the bathroom but couldn’t go in past the blinds as the flys were still using it. I returned to table paid the bill and left. Awful beyond belief - now back at my hotel eating again as we couldn’t eat the rubbish served. Don’t go don’t waste your money it was beyond bad.
