Lan Lee Lar — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Absolutely disgusting. This place is so bad that I had to leave a review. We had the most horrendous experience here. Came because reviews seemed good, but please don't do yourself in and ruin your Khaoyai experience by coming here.

Entered a completely empty restaurant, bustling with huge mosquitoes. Half the menu was unavailable. We ordered river prawns and the guy tried to change it to sea shrimp. Ordered the kailan with crispy pork - it was kailan with fat because there was zero meat at all. When I told the guy, he got upset and said this is how Thailand does their pork. I literally had a similar dish with crispy pork this afternoon at another restaurant that was cheaper and so much better. I said no, and he went silent for a while before suddenly coming to the table and grabbing the dish away and yelled 'okay take back!'. He then proceeded to complain while we tried to finish the meal and get out of this terrible place.

The prices were high and portions are just measly and sad. The food did not even taste good. There is nothing about this place I can recommend. Save yourself and go...

Great food, decor is superb and service is of the utmost quality. Very artsy, art deco and rustic feel. Very inviting and warm ambiance. Reminded me of somewhere I used to go back in Canada. I would recommend anyone who wishes to enjoy quality food in a relaxing and quiet place. Prices were more than respectable. Owners are very welcoming and will tend to you needs very promptly. Also stayed in 1 of 4 rooms available (all different colour themes). Really clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall would give this restaurant 10⭐️ but google only allows 5. Great little gem of a place… looking forward to being back...

Only stayed the one night but a beautiful place, a little chic, retro and unique. Huge rooms with separate cool bathroom( even has a TV ) , great aircon, beautiful ponds out the front of the room and very secure. Great little cafe, outdoor restaurant and wine cellar and a local artist art gallery. The night we stayed they had a two piece band playing...
