The Raft Cafe’ Khaoyai — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

The Raft Café Khaoyai is located next Lam Ta Khong river. Around for about 4 years, it features seating locations indoors (aircon) and outdoors on several levels leading towards the river. The cafe-restaurant is themed rustic rock and features a waterfall in the middle. While it is a nice place to hang out (they also have rooms for overnight stay) you come here for the pizza and burgers. Neapolitan pizza baked in an oven from Casa is just delicious, we had a simple Margherita to get a good feel for crust and tomato and it was excellent. We also had the wagyu bacon double burger made with Australian Wagyu beef and homemade buns. The patty was moist and juicy, with caramelized onions and a nice sauce. A bit low on salt but really tasty. We also enjoyed a Cesar salad which did not disappoint either. The whole thing washed down with a craft IPA. Did I mention there is a large selection of craft beers on offer? Finished with a dirty coffee which had a nice nutty taste. The owner is Noi who was super friendly as was his staff. Relaxed and cozy atmosphere—feels like we're tucked away in the forest. There's a great selection of wines, and the vibe is super chill and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable too. One standout feature: they make fresh pizza right at the entrance! We can even choose two different toppings on one pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that delicious aroma from the oven. Even the edges are tasty! Food was great! Love the steak and rice! Flavour was on point and cooked to my liking. Great space both outdoor and indoor seating space. You can also enjoy Wine with your steak! Price is little high but worth it.
