Nestled in the heart of Nakhon Sawan, 9 Pints - The Gastro House is a culinary oasis known for its delectable steaks and mouthwatering pizzas. However, while the food is undeniably delicious, other aspects of the dining experience may leave diners with mixed feelings.
Let's start with the highlights: the steaks and pizzas. 9 Pints truly excels in delivering dishes that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The steaks are cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the pizzas boast a crispy crust and a generous array of toppings. For lovers of hearty, indulgent fare, 9 Pints is a must-visit destination in Nakhon Sawan.
However, the prices at 9 Pints may give some diners pause. While the quality of the food justifies a certain level of expense, others may find the prices to be on the higher end of the spectrum. For those on a tight budget, a meal at 9 Pints may be reserved for special occasions rather than regular outings.
Moving on to the service, 9 Pints offers fair service to its patrons. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their dining experience. However, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency, particularly when it comes to the speed of food preparation. Some diners may find themselves waiting longer than expected for their meals to arrive.
One aspect of 9 Pints that deserves commendation is its parking lot availability. In a city where parking can be a challenge, the presence of ample parking space is a welcome convenience for patrons.
In summary, 9 Pints - The Gastro House offers a mixed dining experience in Nakhon Sawan. While the steaks and pizzas are undeniably delicious, the high prices and occasionally slow service may deter some diners. However, for those seeking quality comfort food and a cozy ambiance, 9 Pints remains a worthy destination in...
Read moreContemporary edgy Interiors, fun music and TV shows bring that fun, downtown feel although it was a drive through dusty urban roads and we didn't see other similar restos nearby. I would call this 'destination' dining haha. Having read nice things from a travel blog, I thought we'd visit.
The food options are adequate, Western and local fusion (read- spicy flavours on pizza, meats etc and not enough choices for me)... it was very much a beer and complementary foods kind of place.
We'd ordered several dishes to share in our group, one of which was a sumptuous Chicken Wing with panang sauce. Plated nicely, herbs and all, I'd picked the last wing and found a long wavy it-wasn't-mine hair, and coated in the sauce 😑
They were quick to apologise and ask if we wanted another plate to replace.. well ok, it was tasty enough. However it took longer than we thought, and they let us settle the bill without the new plate, and didn't charge for that plate.
I realise I rely a lot on travel bloggers' info - it really benefits us to try things and get our own opinions, because I'd visit this place again for its cool interiors and tasty foods with a Fun rowdy group, hopefully my unlucky session was a one-off.

Read moreSurprisingly good beer selection in Nakhon Sawan. You can choose from a variety of German (Erdinger, Schneider, König Ludwig), Belgian, and other beers. Sadly Chouffe was out but they had Pauwel Kwak instead. Most beers in bottle plus 6 taps.
Availability of beers is somewhat confusing as neither the tap labels nor the signs behind the bar indicate what's actually available on tap or in the bottle.
Prices reasonable at around THB 280 for most beers (~8 USD). All prices include VAT and there's no additional service charge, which is great.
Service was a bit spotty - edamame arrived frozen and had to be sent back, but enoki and pizza were alright. Would go back for the beer.
Spacious setup and nice atmosphere. Small outdoor seating also but the busy road will make that less appealing....
