UPSET : COFFEE MADNESS — Restaurant in Nakhon Sawan Province

This place is hiding quietly in the neighborhood. You wouldn’t recognize it at first as you might think it’s a regular warehouse but when you take a closer look, you’ll realize that it’s a hidden gem. The owner of the place is really brave to turn an old warehouse into an industrial, modern, and stylish coffee place. Plus, the coffee is incredibly good. I had a cap of piccolo and it didn’t disappoint....

Old factory themed cafe hidden in city centre. Found this cafe on google map located in small soi. The shop serve standard coffee and non-coffee menu. Croissant croffle and sweet toast. ร้านเดิมเป็นโกดังเก็บเหล็ก (เจ้าของร้านเล่าให้ฟัง) ทุกอย่าง ทำเอง เริ่มตั้งแต่ บูรณะ เปลี่ยนแปลง ปรับปรุง จนกระทั่งเป็นร้านอย่างที่เห็น แยกเป็น.......3 โซน (ละกัน) โซนแรก พื้นที่เปิดโล่งในโกดัง ถ้าอากาศเย็น นั่งได้สบาย มีโต๊ะเยอะ โซนที่สอง กั้นห้องกระจก ติดแอร์ พื้นที่ส่วนนี้เล็กหน่อย มีโต๊ะ ใหญ่-เล็ก รวมๆ ประมาณ 4-5 โต๊ะ กับ โซนที่ 3.........ชั้น 2 ครับ คล้ายๆ ระเบียง workshop สำหรับดูการสาธิต มีบันไดขึ้นด้านข้าง เป็นเก้าอี้บาร์ เป็นแนวยาวรอบโกดัง

กาแฟ-ขนม มีเมนูใหญ่ๆ ให้ชี้เลือก สำหรับพวกสายตายาว อ่านตัวหนังสือลำบากอย่างผม สั่งกาแฟมา 3 เมนู ลาเต้เย็น, เดอร์ตี้, อเมริกาโน่แอปเปิ้ล อร่อยทุกแก้ว ความชอบส่วนตัว อยากให้เดอร์ตี้ เข้มกว่านี้อีกนิด ความมันของนม กลบกาแฟไปนิด ลาเต้เย็น หอม มัน เข้มข้น ไม่ขม อเมริกาโนแอปเปิ้ล อันนี้มีแอปเปิ้ลอบแห้งด้วย กลิ่นแอปเปิ้ลชัดเจนมาก กาแฟนุ่มๆ เบาๆ

แต่ ที่เด่นแบบโคตรจะเด่น คือ service mind ของเจ้าของร้าน และทีม ดีมาก ดีจนเกินจะหาคำมาชม ดีแบบ ดีกว่านี้ไม่ได้แล้ว...
