We tried a lot of restaurants in the area and Khanom. This is by far our favourite. Very good food with much taste and a broad variety of flavours. Super friendly staff. The host Tom is pretty good at English, he even has an MBA from U.S. and has very good recommendations on local food. We are coming back for the second year in a row for multiple times and the top standard did not disappoint. Very great as usual and we will be back again! PS: the guests from UK who complained below that the food was too spicy asked for the food to be spicy in the first place. So unexpected - you’re kind of in a treehouse with birds twittering but by the ocean and occasionally a car passes and reminds you that you’re actually on a road. Food was also unusual and memorable. All the fresh herbs are grown on the property and a retired resort chef talks you into eating weeds that turn out delicious. Definitely try the fried leaves and the milk tea ice. Seafood was excellent. Be sure to eat your weeds...
