Captain Seafood — Restaurant in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Was riding around looking for dinner and found this shop. Went in. Waitress were attentive !

There’s 2 places for you to dine in. Air-conditioned and non air-conditioned. You can choose where to sit provided there’s free table for you. I believe theres live band in the restaurant at night around 6PM.

Food portion were huge ! Noticed many locals unable to finish as well and they take-away the leftovers.

We were quite impressed with the shrimp cake ! No shortcut here on the ingredients !

Crab meat fried rice don’t have much wok hei. But taste is still good ! Mind you the portion is for 2-3 headcounts.

Waitresses were abundance and attentive.

อาหารอร่อย 1 ดาวนี่คือเห็นแก่คนทำอาหารล้วนๆ แต่บริการ "แย่" ตั้งแต่เริ่มยันจบ

พนักงานบอกให้รอก่อน สั่งอาหารไว้เลย เราก็สั่งแล้วยืนรอไป ปล่อยให้ยืนรอตั้งนาน แต่ให้คนมาทีหลังได้ที่นั่งก่อนไปหลายโต๊ะ จนต้องไปทวงถามว่าเมื่อไหร่จะได้ที่นั่งอีกครั้ง ถึงได้นั่ง โดย "ไม่มีคำขอโทษอะไรเลย" ที่ปล่อยให้ลูกค้าต้องทวงที่นั่งเองอีกครั้ง

สั่งข้าวเปล่า ข้าวก็ไม่มา ปูนึ่งก็ไม่มีน้ำจิ้มให้ ทวงแล้วก็ไม่มาทั้งข้าวทั้งน้ำจิ้ม จนคิดเงิน มีค่าข้าว...จ่ะ ของก็ไม่ได้กิน จะคิดเงินอีก

ครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้ายอย่างแท้จริง

ปล.ปล่อยให้ลูกค้าสูบบุหรี่ที่โต๊ะอีก อย่าไปเด็ดขาดถ้าไม่อยากได้ควันบุหรี่มือสอง

This 1 star is for the food only. They're fresh and cooked very well. But everything else is incredibly unprofessional. They tell me to wait for the table, which I do for like 15-20 minutes, standing there to watch other people that obviously didn't have a reservation beforehand have a seat.

Until I had to ask again. they tell me to sit at one table WITHOUT ANY FORM OF APOLOGIZE.

Not to mention they forgot my rice order that I ask TWICE. My rice never came until the end and they try to charge me for a rice that I didn't have the chance to meet... of course, Why not? ...same as my seafood dip that I also ask twice on separate occasions with different waiters.

Conclusion: Good food but theirs services are very very bad.

PS: They let customer smoke at the table, Go eat somewhere else if you don't like...
