เข้าใช้บริการวันสงกรานต์ 66 ค่ะ ร้านตกแต่งสวย ดูดีมากๆ ค่ะ ตกใจตรงที่เจอมดไต่บริเวณโซฟา😅 (กลุ่มเรา 3 คนและมีเด็กเล็ก 1 คน) ไปถึงราว 10 โมงสวนกับลูกค้ากลุ่มก่อนหน้าที่น่าจะเป็นลูกค้าประจำ ช่วงแรกเลยมีลูกค้าโต๊ะเราเพียงโต๊ะเดียว สั่งขนมเค้ก 2 ชิ้นสำหรับเด็กและกาแฟ 1 แก้วมาลองชิม กาแฟใช้ได้เลยค่ะ พอจะสั่งเครื่องดื่มเพิ่ม เดินไปที่บาร์กาแฟ ไม่มีเมนูให้เลือก เคาน์เตอร์คิดเงินไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ สักพักมีพนักงานเดินมาจึงถามหาเมนู น้องพนักงานไม่สบตา การตอบสนองค่อนข้างจะงง พนักงานตอบว่า หมดค่ะ กลับไปนั่งตั้งสติที่โต๊ะใหม่ พนักงานคนเดิมเดินมาที่โต๊ะบอกว่า เมนูอยู่ที่โต๊ะอาหารนะคะ ไม่ได้ให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม จนต้องถามว่าแล้วจะต้องสั่งที่ไหนคะ? ถึงได้บอกว่าจะมารับออร์เดอร์ที่โต๊ะ พนักงานไม่ให้ข้อมูลเรื่องเมนูใดๆ ส่วนโต๊ะข้างๆ ที่เพิ่งเข้ามาในร้านก็ดูจะงงกับการใช้บริการ หันมาสบตากันแบบยิ้มอ่อนทั้งสองโต๊ะ เพราะไม่แน่ใจว่า พนักงานเข้าใจที่สอบถาม หรือเข้าใจเรื่องที่ต้องสื่อสารหรือเปล่า ในส่วนของรสชาติ กาแฟลาเต้ 2 แก้ว เสริฟมารสชาติไม่เหมือนกัน แก้วแรกกำลังดี แก้วที่สองรสชาติอ่อน เจือจางมาก เข้าใจได้ว่าคนเตรียมกาแฟไม่ใช่บาริสต้า แต่เป็นพนักงานในร้านท่านหนึ่ง ขนมเค้ก สั่งเค้กส้มและเค้กช็อกโกแลต รสชาติกลางๆ ค่ะ สำหรับเราที่ไม่ใช่คนพื้นที่ แวะมาหาร้านนั่งพักดื่มกาแฟทานขนม ก็ถือว่าเรียนรู้กันไป ช่วงก่อนจะเช็คบิลราว 11 โมงเช้า ดูเหมือนเจ้าของร้านเริ่มมาดูแลเอง สอบถามว่าได้อาหารครบไหม พนักงานถึงเริ่มกระตือรือร้นขึ้น ถ้าร้านปรับปรุงเรื่องรสชาติกาแฟได้ก็จะดี...

Went to Garato’s House in Thung Song with my girlfriend for dinner, and we were both really impressed. The place is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a cozy, relaxing vibe. We sat in the back on one of their sofa tables — super comfortable and perfect for a quiet dinner.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely superb — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. 😋
