The room feels quite aged and in serious need of a full renovation. The furniture and fittings seem outdated, and several maintenance issues make the stay less comfortable than expected. There are plenty of ants around the room, which is unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi connection is practically non-existent, making it difficult to stay connected. The air conditioning struggles to cool the space and produces a loud, rattling noise that becomes annoying after a while.
A faint mouldy smell lingers throughout, which makes the atmosphere feel damp and uninviting. The bathroom is dull and dimly lit, giving it a rather neglected appearance. The bed, although clean, creaks loudly with every movement, adding to the discomfort. On a positive note, the room is tidy, and the housekeeping staff seem to put effort into keeping it clean despite the property’s overall condition.
Accessing the room is another challenge, especially for guests carrying heavy luggage, as the path leading up is quite steep. Fortunately, the staff are friendly and willing to help by transporting the luggage on scooters, which is a thoughtful gesture that somewhat improves the experience.
The view from the room overlooks the river, and while it’s decent, it doesn’t live up to the stunning photos shown online. Overall, the property feels overrated compared to the price and expectations. I have mixed feeling about this place. Love the place, but here and there there are things that bugs me.
In agoda they labeled themself as free cancelling. But once you cancelled, you’ll be charge and the date set will be gone. I have no choice but to book the date again and lose the money.
As I arrived, love everything about the place and I almost forgot about the bad experience thru online. But once you tried to contact them through their advertised contact number (google, billboard entrace contact number, etc). All are uncontactable.
As I tried to enter the room after a night walk around the village. but the guard dog keeps barking at me. No staff in the hotel premise at the time, around 9:30-11pm. I have to wait for an hour until luckily the staff came back.

Ideal place for a short escaped from city life, relaxing & back to nature. Stayed here for 2 nights, reach about 9pm & unable to find the way to the villa. Called them & the staff is helpful to lead me to the villa, as they off work at 8pm. The road walking up to the room is steep, need extra careful & it'll be difficult if has elderly adults. Room is comfortable & no mosquitoes.
