Bitter sweet experience to be honest. To start with the positives, the place is beautiful lots of pretty green areas, huge fish pond with fun stepping stones and waterfall my 5 year old loved and space for kids to run and play. We saw geese wandering around, and the outdoor rabbit run was cute and had shade and water for the bunnies.

Now onto the big issue we had there - a lady stepped into the outdoor run area and allowed her child to chase the rabbits in the heat out of their hiding spots and they were clearly frightened by this. If you keep animals then you need to have someone protecting them from this sort of behaviour- perhaps people shouldn't be allowed in the run area unsupervised as this is not ideal. It became worse when we got into the actual cafe. Now, as a place its nicely done up got choice of coffees and kids small play area. BUT in the 'rabbit room' once again no staff were looking after the wellbeing of the animals, we 1st hand witnessed cruel squeezing, grabbing roughly, pushing, pulling and even smacking noses of the poor animals just to get their photos. I understand this is a place to pet rabbits, but surely they must take responsibility for their animals' welfare. Even having someone to oversee and show children how to properly pick up and pet them would be good and ensure everyone has a nice time and there is no cruelty.

Such a shame because it really is a beautiful place and great idea, they just need to invest in protecting the animals...

This is a tricky one to rate to be honest. The spot and gardens are beautiful and it’s such a nice space to walk around with little ones. That fact that entry is free is incredible and for that you can interact with the animals (rabbits, goats, ponies…). The cafe felt, not quite the cleanest but decent enough, staff were nice once we paid for drinks but didn’t seem particularly welcoming to start with.

In the cafe we had the opportunity to pet little bunnies. This was obviously a sweet experience, especially for my kiddos but when we saw where these bunnies were actually kept and the state they were in (they needed cleaning before being handed to us) it made us sad! Went for a walk, the goats seem happy, the horses do not. Walked around and that was nice then decided to let the kids use the little train. 80baht per person (inc a 2 year old), not ridiculously expensive but you’re only on the train for 5 minutes. The person selling the train tickets was not very approachable and the driver even less so … I always say hello and smile but received nothing back from him, he actually avoided me quite obviously.

It’s tough because you can see they obviously want to have a lovely setting where animals are the main focus but as with a lot of animal centers around here, I wish there was better...

Was really looking forward to visiting a I had it on my list of places to visit in Phuket for a long time.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in the place. It has so much potential and could really be something amazing but it need a lot of investment in to it.

You have lovely photo opportunities but everything feels so tired. Chairs falling apart, dirty swings and just no tlc.

But my main disappointment was with the animals, first you come across a cow that just looked so sad and unhealthy inside the smallest pen. Then you have the goats wandering around that seem to be suffering from flees.

But what upset me the most was seeing the rabbits and horses. Both animals looked tired and done with life, bunnies missing fur all over from im assuming having flees and same for the horses, I have never seen so many horses to have bald patches and constantly wanting to lay down. They were kept in the smallest stable with food high the ponies couldn't reach. Teeth so decayed im surprised they have any left.

You can tell these animals are not being looked after properly and I will not be visiting again, unless a big...

My child loves animals and was so happy to be able to touch and feed the little bunnies. That part truly made his day. However, I was shocked to see at least 5–6 bunnies kept in small cages, and they definitely did not appear to be in good condition. We arrived quite early, and the room was poorly ventilated and uncomfortably hot, already unpleasant for people, let alone for the rabbits. The air conditioning was turned on after we arrived :( What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of care for the rabbits. There was no guidance provided to young visitors on how to handle the animals properly. We saw two children playing very roughly with the bunnies, even tossing them back into their cages, while their parents sat in another area, seemingly unconcerned. Staff only came over to bring menus when new customers entered the bunny area We had to go speak to the staff ourselves and ask them to intervene and speak to the children about treating the animals more gently :( This place has potential, especially for animal-loving kids, but serious improvements are needed in animal welfare, supervision, and overall management.
