High Octane Restaurant & Coffee — Restaurant in Pak Kret District

Good decor suit to hangout and chill for coffee. Food menu not too many, taste was ok. However very very "disappointed" since entering the restaurant:

There were 5-6 staff behind the bar doing nothing but none is presenting menu nor take care of the seating. We carried chairs by ourselves and staff just looking at us moving the chairs. Between we come with kids for a kid birthday dinner but seemed they didn't care and did not welcome kids and family customers!

One server came across when we tried to give chairs for children and asked, "Are you going to eat here?" This was none sense and very rude service. We replied... "of course yes but can we have all the chairs and be seated first?" ... The server replied with nothing.

As dinner went along and we were taking pictures with family and BD cakes. The same server came in and said she needed to present the bill?!?... To me you were trying to rush and telling us to leave!!! This was the most disrespect service that I ever had in my life.

No manager came in and no staff seemed to care of who were your customers right there. With respect, the way you treat customers will no longer keep your business sustains. We will not even think of going back and will not support...

High Octane Café is one of Pak Kret's hidden gems and the perfect get away from all the buzz.

The ambiance at High Octane is relaxed and laidback, which is why it is a popular place for locals and expats to get work done. Some of the tables have hard, straight-backed chairs while others sit higher and do not offer support in the back such as the bar stools next to the counter. There is a outside patio with a lake view for the ones who like to enjoy some time outdoors.

High Octane Café is not only a great place to work, but also for catching up with friends or just enjoying a good book on your own. It’s quiet but not TOO quiet so you won’t feel intimidated if you choose to chat.

The staff at High Octane Café are friendly and attentive but will essentially leave you alone unless you need something.

I actually forgot my phone at High Octane Café and before i arrived back at the place, they already packed my phone and kept it safe until i arrived for pick up, much appreciated!

Came here with friends after having some lunch just around the corner. Outside is a modern, industrial looking building by a large pond. Plenty of parking in front for those who need it. Walking inside is nice and cool with black and grey the dominant color scheme. Unfortunately it's lockdown again so seating inside is not permitted. Also there's a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with more seating. As we were the only people they said we could sit outside on the balcony overlooking the pond. We ordered an Americano coffee and an iced mint chocolate drink. Cost 180 baht. Coffee was ordinary and iced drink nice. A little expensive compared to many other places close by. However sitting on the balcony was nice. The chairs aren't particularly comfortable either. Overall it's a nice place, modern and new and a little over priced but the location is easy and the balcony is the key feature. Will be much nicer post lockdown so will return for another visit at some point...
