Tawandang German Brewery — Restaurant in Pak Kret District

The food, drinks, and entertainment were great, but the service left much to be desired. We visited for dinner as a party of two, ordering two bottles of Coke and some dishes initially, followed by two beers. However, midway through our meal, the waitress brought us two additional bottles of Coke without our request, even opening and pouring one into our cups while we were still drinking our beers. To our surprise, we were billed for the extra Coke we didn't order.

When we questioned the waitress about the additional drinks, she apologized and said she assumed we liked Coke.

It's not good practice to serve customers drinks or food without their consent. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service standards in the future.

Visited on a weeknight in October 2023. Arrived about 21:00. Venue was full but not packed. No line or wait for a table. They gave us a great table in the first row from the stage on the left side. Service was excellent as they were attentive, quick but not overbearing. The live show was pretty good. They have a few performers who can sing and a few who are not so good. But, they all give a good effort. The whole place was dancing and having a good time. Food was quite good. We had the pork knuckles, morning glory, German sausages and one other dish. Nice selection of beer too. Hefeweizen, Rose, Dunkle, white, etc. I would rate this as an overall great night. Good food, good drink, good friends...

Nice place to hang out with friends and listen to live music. A cousin of my wife booked us a table there on a Thursday evening during our holidays in Thailand. There was a live concert of MOS, a popular boyband from the 90s which my wife was a fan of so needless to say we had a fun night out. The place was packed and the service was on point. They had a very good assortment of food to offer but the German beer offerings was not that special so I stocked with the heffeweissen. To sum it up, we had a very good experience and fun singing and dancing. Highly recommend when...
