I recently had the chance to try authentic Spanish cuisine at a cozy restaurant, and it was such a delightful experience. The meal started with Spanish Ham Croquettes, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, with a delicious smoky ham filling that simply melted in my mouth. They were so addictive that I could easily have ordered another plate. The Calamari was fried to golden perfection, crunchy yet not greasy, and paired wonderfully with the tangy dipping sauce.

Service was perfect, atmosphere ok, but... i ordered a paella. It was my wife's birthday, so i did not wanted to make problems, but that dish was less than dogfood! Paella has to be yellow, mine was dark brown and tasted terrible! This dish isw prepared by somebody who never saw a real pealla in his whole life.
