I had an amazing experience at Seen Cafe at Takua-pa! This charming café, set in a beautifully restored old shophouse, perfectly blends vintage aesthetics with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were just as impressive. I tried the Teriyaki Chicken Rice and the Lava Tom Yum Omelette Rice, both of which were delicious and well-presented. For dessert, the Dark Chocolate Mousse was rich and indulgent, perfectly paired with their signature Seen Summer Peach drink, which was refreshing and full of flavor.

Seen Cafe at takua-pa คาเฟ่ที่เปลี่ยนอาคารเก่าอายุหลายสิบปีให้กลายเป็นคาเฟ่ชิลๆ ฟิลบ้านน่ารัก เปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่ 10.30 - 19.00 น. (ปิดทุกวันพฤหัส) ตั้งอยู่ติดกับกำแพงเจ้าเมืองเก่าตะกั่วป่า จ.พังงา มีบริการทั้งอาหาร ขนม และ เครื่องดื่ม

การตกแต่งภายใน ใช้ความเรียบโล่ง ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดเพราะ เจ้าของร้านอยากให้นั่งสบายๆ โดยเฉพาะเพดานสูงทำให้พื้นที่แม้มีไม่มากนักแต่รู้สึกสบาย ประดับด้วยต้นไม้และโคมไฟ

ภายนอกจัดสวนผสมทั้งไม้ดอกไม้ใบและที่นั่ง ให้สามารถนั่งจิมชาในสวนได้ในวันที่อากาศดี

จุดเด่นของที่นี่ คือ เครื่องดื่มกาแฟฟิวชั่น Signature แบบต่างๆ ที่ตั้งชื่อตามฤดูกาลตามรสชาติ ของแต่ละแก้ว เช่น Seen Winter Mint เป็นกาแฟผสมกลิ่นมิ้นท์ที่ให้ความรู้สึกเย็นชุ่มคอดั่งฤดูหนาว หรือ Seen Peachy Lemon Honey Tea ที่เป็นชาที่หอมน้ำผึ้งกับกลิ่นพีช ที่ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่น หรือ Seen Seasoning ที่ใช้กาแฟกลิ่นหอม ผสมนมเย็นๆ และ ชาเขียวมัจฉะรสเข้มข้น นอกจากนั้นยังมีเครื่องดื่มอีกหลายแบบให้ลองอีกด้วย

กาแฟที่นี่เน้นเมล็ดกาแฟ​ Arabica ที่ให้กลิ่นหอมผสม Robusta รสเข้มข้น จึงมีทั้งน้ำหนักและกลิ่นหอมดีครับ

อาหารของที่นี่เราลองพวกสปาเก็ตตี้ และ สเต็ก บอกได้เลยว่าทั้งรสชาติและปริมาณเทียบเท่ากับห้องอาหารในโรงแรมดีๆ เลยทีเดียว แต่ราคาย่อมเยาว์กว่าเยอะ เช่น สเต็กปลาแซลมอนชิ้นโต ราคาเพียงจานละ 199- หรือ สปาเก็ตตี้คาโบนาร่า และ สปาเก็ตตี้เบคอนพริกแห้ง ราคาเพียงจานละ 99- ซึ่งเป็นราคาที่ย่อมเยาว์ทีเดียวเมื่อเทียบกับรสชาติและปริมาณ แถมจัดจานสวยงามอีกด้วย (ดูตามภาพนะครับ)

สรุป แม้การตกแต่งยังไม่ 100% เพราะเปิดวันแรก และ มีฝนตก แต่ ขอยกเรื่องอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้ว่าทำได้ค่อนข้างดีครับ ทั้งยังราคากำลังดีให้คนพื้นที่และนักท่องเที่ยวเอื้อมถึง
