1.ร้านเสริฟอาหารเน่าเสีย เราสั่งเมนูทอดมันกุ้ง ซึ่งเหมือนจะเป็นแบบแช่แข็ง ที่ขายในแมคโครไม่ได้ทำสดใหม่ กลิ่นเหม็นบูด รสชาติเปรี้ยวมาก เลยถามพนักงานว่าเสียรึเปล่า พนักงานตอบแบบไม่เต็มปาก บอกว่าหยิบจานผิดในตู้แช่ แล้วก็บอกจะไปเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ และที่งงมากคือเป็นร้านสเต็กที่เมนูสเต็กไม่มีความอร่อยเลย เย็นชืดและแข็ง 2.การบริการห่วยมาก ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ เราถามพนักงานไปหลายครั้งมากว่าสรุปทอดมันกุ้งเสียมั้ย มีใครลองชิมรึยัง แต่ไม่มีใครตอบคำถามเราสักคน พูดจาไม่รู้เรื่อง บอกแค่ว่าหยิบผิดจาน ไม่มีคำขอโทษ หรือชี้แจงอธิบายสักคำ จนกระทั่งกินเสร็จเรียกเก็บเงิน เลยถามพนักงานอีกครั้งว่าสรุปอาหารที่เสริฟเสียรึป่าว พนักงานก็ยังคงไม่ตอบ แล้วไปเรียกผจกร้านมา สิ่งที่พวกเราได้ยินจากผจก คือ “โทษทีนะครับพนักงานไม่ได้มาแจ้งอะไร แค่บอกว่าต้องการเปลี่ยน” คุณคะ ทำอาหารเสริฟลูกค้าแล้วจานนั้นต้องเปลี่ยน คุณไม่ถามลูกน้องหรอคะว่าเพราะอะไร!? แล้วมาบอกจะไม่คิดเงินจานนั้น หลังจากเราจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว โอ้โห!!!

**ประเด็นคือ ถ้าหากคนที่กินของเสียในร้านคุณมีอาการท้องเสียขึ้นมา คุณจะรับผิดชอบหรือแก้ไขปัญหายังไง นั้นคือสิ่งที่ลูกค้ากังวลค่ะ ไม่ใช่ค่าเมนูของเน่า150บาท

ฝากถึงเจ้าของร้านนะคะ คุณอาจจะไม่ให้ความสำคัญการเทรนบุคลากรร้านคุณก็ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ สิทธิ์ของร้านคุณ แต่เหตุการณ์ในวันนี้ทำให้เห็นว่า ร้านของคุณไม่มีความซื่อสัตย์และจริงใจต่อลูกค้า และพนักงานไม่มีความรู้ด้านบริการขั้นพื้นฐานที่ดี

They also claim their selling point as a steak place but their steak was cold and stiff like it’d been made and kept waiting ready to serve for customers who order. It wasn’t hot and juicy and not tasted anything like a freshly made food whatsoever. The unprofessional hospitality spirit, when I kept asking for the answer if the shrimp cakes were really spoiled or had anybody tried to taste them so they knew, no one answered, they only kept changing subjects without APOLOGIZING at all, up until we asked for the bill that we got a chance to speak to the manager that I, once again, asked if the shrimp cakes were spoiled which she only replied “I don’t know there was an issue about the food, nobody informed me, they only said you wanted it changed.” Which came as an utterly surprise to me that the manager didn’t even bother to care why the customers wanted the food changed if everything was going all right. Now the main issue is, what if we got stomach flu or health issue relating to the spoiled food, who would be responsible? Hasn’t this cliché scenario happened too often enough in this business? Great place. Has a great atmosphere with live music. Food was very good but would look for a nice sausage to nibble instead of the thai Vienna that has to pass as a sausage.
