Alright folk, Donkey and I, along with our group of friends, were on a road trip from Krabi back to Danok in Thailand. We purposely chose this route so we could stop by Cowboy Town, which has become a tradition for us on our road trips through Thailand.
Cowboy Town gives off such a positive vibe as soon as you enter. You see fellow bikers everywhere, with all sorts of cool bikes parked, taking photos, and just chilling out. It's instantly a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Cowboy Town is exactly what it sounds like: a classic Western-themed spot located along Route 41. The main attraction is the souvenir shop, which sells biker apparel, jerseys, head scarves, and souvenirs. The jerseys change themes each year, with new designs coming out regularly. We always try to get a new jersey if we like the design.
There's also a cozy cafe right next door that's popular with bikers. It's got a cowboy theme and serves up delicious cakes, coffees, and drinks at reasonable prices. They also have an eatery offering Muslim food, Western food, and some simple Thai dishes.
When we visited, the place was buzzing with bikers taking photos and relaxing before heading to their next destination. The lady who runs the souvenir shop is super nice and always gives us a good price and sometimes even throws in some free souvenirs.
Overall, Cowboy Town is a must visit for any biker traveling through Thailand. It's a perfect spot to stop, enjoy the Western atmosphere, grab some souvenirs, and chill out with a coffee or a meal. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make it a true biker haven. We always look forward to stopping by Cowboy Town...

Read moreRoute 41 "cowboy town" in Phatthalung is a must visit place in checklist especially for drive car or ride bike, tour near Songkhla and Hat Yai.
a unique place for photo, especially group photo for a driving convoy group.
The first building from entrance (right hand side) is the coffee shop, where their coffee aroma is so good, the foam on top is so smooth and it thick. i personally sip the foam and it is much better, smoother than the big brand franchise. The second building is the cowboy restaurant that serve western food like steak and chops, and they also serve Thai foods too. i ordered the very good cook fish chop that on a high standards, and tomyam-goong. surprisingly their tomyam-goong is so good, even better than what i tried on Hatyai and Songkhla. their local (thai) food is good, a must try too. the meal and drinks is welcome to order and the friendly staff will cross deliver over to your table, of course include the outdoor sitting.
and last, not forget to buy some souvenirs at the third building, eg: unique route 41 stickers, key chain, and check out their shirt design that is unique and only can buy there, that not available elsewhere.
