Nice large restaurant and bar. Looks like they could be busy at night with lots of outdoor seating. Highly likely the owner is a motorcyclist as well with a scooter and BMW RT plus motorcycle jackets and helmets at a VIP parking within glass showroom. Most of the plants are decorative plastic plants. Looks nice but artificial. I guess the plant maintenance would be an unnecessary overhead cost. Nothing bad or good. Just n observation. The Khanom Jin pairing rice vermicelli with crab and betal nut leaf curry was average. I had expected the thicker fresh noodles that usually go with this dish. The pepper ostrich meat was nice but spicy with fresh peppers, mixed coloured chillis (red, green, yellow) and non spicy bell peppers (red, green, yellow again). Despite a reasonable sized lunch crowd, service was very attentive with the servers constantly topping up the water and ice as I was very thirsty after riding motorcycle under the hot sun for hours. I noticed the servers also regular check on other tables to see if they needed their drinks topped up, be it beer, water or soda drinks. Food is priced higher but not unreasonable. My 2 dishes are 300 baht each. Mineral water is 15 baht (I had 2 bottles) and a bucket of ice is 20 baht. Price is correct as...

I recently visited this restaurant with a group of seven, and we tried a variety of dishes, including rice, soft crab, fried fish, and many more. Every dish had its own unique flavor and was absolutely delicious. The fried fish with mango salad was my personal favorite – a perfect blend of crispiness and tangy sweetness. The restaurant offers authentic Thai cuisine, making it a must-try for foreigners seeking an original Thai experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. The location is beautiful, the music creates a great ambiance, and it’s conveniently located right off the highway. Highly...

Reached Patthalung just in time for an amazing lunch! My favorite was the horse shoe crab. This place did it slightly differently from our road trip in Songkhla. They had more lime 🍋‍🟩 that kills the fishy smell. The lime steamed fish is perfectly cooked with tender smooth meat peeling off.

The TomYum seafood hits all the right spots! Lunch topped off with a Singha beer....
