Atmosphere Sky Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Phayao Province

atmosphere was soso, (standard for a rooftop restaurant, though no live band, if that is a deal breaker) service was bad, food was just neutral. (recommend ordering rice dishes over their other dishes) ordered tom yum spaghetti and they forgot my order (which is completely fine since we ordered quite a fair bit). after waiting for 10 mins, we enquired with one of the staff who said they would check but never got back to us (and instead went to clean up the starbucks booth which was not open..?) then after about 15 minutes, when everyone was done, we enquired with another staff who went to check and said that the kitchen forgot my order. the food was also subpar, the 7-11 food tasted nicer and the tom yum spaghetti tasted more tomato than tom yum. the rice dishes were decent though, would recommend ordering that over any of the spaghetti dishes. also, the place wasn't crowded but dishes took quite a fair bit of time to come. the drinks were decent also, but it's...

Its a rooftop restaurant on top of M2 waterside hotel. It's a beautiful 360 view of Kwan Phayao its on the 7th floor. The food during dinner is delicious and worth your money.
