ซาชิมิแซลมอนค่อนข้างสดอร่อยดีค่ะ เชฟแร่เนื้อปลาให้ค่อนข้างหนาเต็มคำเลยค่ะ ตกแต่งจานได้สวยมากค่ะ มีการทำขิงดองเป็นรูปดอกกุหลาบและมีการปั้นวาซาบิเป็นใบไม้
